Am I buying a physical gift?
Yes. The keepsake is a physical item, with a QR or NFC connection to the message, photo and video you add. Check the shop listing for the design and what’s included.
What does the person receiving it do?
They scan the QR code or tap the gift’s NFC with a compatible phone to view your content. You prepare and activate the gift before giving it to them.
Can I change my message later?
The current activation process locks your content after activation. Check the names, message and media carefully before confirming.
Can I arrange a future reveal?
The activation flow offers an instant or future reveal. Choose the date and time if you want the message to open for a special occasion.
Where can I check delivery and pricing?
Visit the shop for current product prices. Enter your destination at checkout to see the available shipping methods and order total before payment. If your destination has no shipping option, contact us.
How long can the memory be accessed?
Access depends on the continued operation of the iTripe service. Keep your own copies of precious photos and videos. See our FAQ for the current service information.
